We currently offer shipping within the United States only.
At this time, international shipping is not available.

We provide Standard Shipping on all orders—completely free of charge, regardless of your order size or delivery location within the U.S.

Processing & Delivery Time

- Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 business days after processing
Please note: Delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier conditions, and seasonal volume (such as holidays or peak periods).
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information.
You can track your shipment directly via the carrier’s website.
If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of checkout.
Abegailca is not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned due to an address error, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to re-deliver the item.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.
After dispatch, all requests will be handled through our Return & Refund Policy.
Failed Delivery / Return to Sender
If a delivery attempt fails or the package is refused and returned to us, we will notify you.
Re-shipping the order may require an additional delivery fee.

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, Abegailca is not responsible for third-party shipping delays.
