Return and Refund Policy
At Abegailca, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair return and refund process in accordance with U.S. consumer protection standards.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals included.
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
- Items that are damaged due to misuse, negligence, modification, or missing components are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Unless defective or damaged upon arrival, the following items are non-returnable:
- Items marked Final Sale
- Customized, personalized, or special-order products
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please contact us at support@abegailca.com with the following details:
- Your full name and order number
- The reason for the return
- Clear photos of the item (required for defective or damaged claims)
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address. Please do not send items back without authorization.
Return Shipping
- Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and/or purchasing shipping insurance. Abegailca is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns without proof of delivery.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- If the return is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2 business days.
- If the return is rejected due to ineligibility (e.g., signs of use, damage, missing components), we will notify you by email with details.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Supporting photos may be required.
Additional Information
- All returns must be shipped back within 10 days of receiving return approval.
- Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless due to our error.
- The return shipping address will be provided via email once your request is approved.
